Required Skills
- Running a digital marketing program for a client across multiple marketing channels
- Fundamental understanding of bid auction science and audience targeting
- Ability to use and create an analysis using analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Universal Analytics
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Team-oriented and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.

- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Day to day use of digital marketing platforms including: Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook/Meta. Other platforms are a plus.
- Utilizing Google Sheets/Excel for marketing analysis (SQL a plus)
- Digital marketing automation software
- Decision-making based on marketing/analytics reporting
- Making presentations and communicating with clients in the marketing space
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy base on ads performance and market research
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation across a client portfolio
- Tracking digital marketing results and the ability to create analysis on results
- Creating and updating digital marketing reporting
- Overseeing a digital marketing budget across a companies portfolio
- Ability to present to clients and make recommendations based on marketing performance
Compensation
- Competitive base salary: $75,000
- Annual company bonus plan
