Principal Customer Solutions Engineer Outcomes

First Quarter

  • Support Bonsai’s Performance Marketing Customer Portfolio: Build out strategic custom analytics & business intelligence insights in existing and new Data Studio dashboards utilizing BigQuery datasets
  • Fully train & onboard our proprietary measurement, attribution and analytics technology: Pyxis
  • Fully train & onboard as owner & lead operator of Bonsai’s existing customer data warehouse: BigQuery, Data Transfer, Cloud Storage, Supermetrics
  • Fully train & onboard as owner of new customer onboarding to Bonsai’s data warehouse

First 6 Months

  • Scale Bonsai’s Performance Marketing business intelligence, analytics and attribution capabilities to support XX customers to XXX customers
  • Own & operate all data warehouse onboarding and integration for Bonsai’s current Pyxis clients
  • Design Bonsai’s v2 customer data warehouse, new customer onboarding & Pyxis integration

First Year

  • Architect & production of Bonsai’s v2 customer data warehouse
  • Fully integrated with current & future customer specific Pyxis deployments
  • Architect & production of Bonsai’s v2 new customer onboarding to DW & Pyxis
  • Oversee all strategic custom analytics & business intelligence insights dashboards and deliverables for Bonsai’s Performance Marketing and Marketing Attribution clients


  • Total expected compensation over $220K USD / Year
